Calling Thakur for Light

Today I'm calling Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans ji to come and teach us what true Bhakti(Devotion) is. I ask him to sit down in my small home. Oh look, he is not alone, Ma Kali has also come.
"She sees us because she is the all pure. We see her because we aim to become pure"

"Choice. It's about the Choice, either Ma or Maya(illusions). When one firmly makes a choice to walk towards Ma and leave behind Maya, Ma herself begins calling the devotee. She was always calling actually, we failed to listen"

" When we start walking towards her, Maya shall make attempts to pull us towards it. In those tough moments one must realise how close Ma is. Ma is within. We are searching her in our own depths, and not externally. While Maya is external, Ma is within"

"As we move closer to her on our path of Bhakti, we start understanding some higher spiritual concepts easily. It is important to not let ego touch us then, for if we do so, we have lost track and instead of Ma, we begin chasing Maya"

"Ma's true nature is eternal bliss growing infinitely. It destroys darkness and transcends time and space. It is so powerful that it cleanses the soul of the devotee. The devotee now sees her for the first time..Ma Kali.."

"Ma who is the all powerful, the epitome of wrath immolating evil,when she sees the devotee, she smiles and her expressions change completely. Afterall she is the mother. She in her love let's the child lie in her lap and heals his pains"

"The relation of Ma and the devotee is so beautiful..like the waves of two rivers meeting. Uniting with high spirits. Ah! The sounds the two waves make, as if a mother and her child are playing Blindfold in innocence"

" The devotee is submerged in Bhakti (Ma) now. No Maya can distract him now, no force of the Universe can separate them. How will it happen anyhow, when the creator of the Universe herself has held her hands over the devotees head"

" Bhakti is what connects them. Bhakti is thus, aiming for purity, choosing truth over Maya, letting go off ego and immersing oneself completely in the love for Ma."
